Brooke Ludwig FNP-C -  Brooke is passionate about comprehensive patient care and has been working in medicine since she was 19 years old. She has 20+ years of OB/GYN, and 10 years medical  practice experience. She strives to provide excellent patient care, patient education, being an advocate, and increasing positive outcomes. She graduated with Honors from Maryville University with her Master’s of Science in Nursing. She acquired her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Weber State University. She strives to provide the best care for her community.

Brooke lives in Eagle Mountain, Utah. She is married and has two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, boating, and exploring our beautiful state. Moab, Zions National Park, Canyonlands, and Arches are some of her favorite places. She loves musicals, show tunes, and broadway music. 

Dana Roach FNP-C - Dana is a board-certified family nurse practitioner that enjoys treating patients of all ages and stages of life. Dana has over twenty years of healthcare experience as a registered nurse with a specialty in women’s services. Dana received her associates degree in nursing from Utah Valley University in 1999. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governor’s University in 2013. She then received her master’s degree in nursing from Maryville University in 2019. Dana is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as well as Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN). In her spare time, Dana enjoys spending time with her two children and two sphynx cats. She recently completed her 75 HARD challenge! She also enjoys jogging and plans to complete her 5^th half marathon. Dana loves to be serving the community of Eagle Mountain. 

Briana Dinga M.A - Briana is our hard working, dedicated and caring medical assistant.  She has a natural talent for medicine and strives to provide great care.  She has exceptional lab drawing and IV starting skills. 

Briana dedicates her whole heart into her job.  Her tender heart aches when one of our young patients need shot.  She doesn't want anyone uncomfortable.

Briana is married and has 2 wonderful children.  She loves spending time with her family, 4x4 rides, and traveling.  She has 2 new members of her family, Mastiff puppies, who are likely to both grow to over 100 pounds each!

Nicole Bawden Reception / Prior Auth / Office Specialist - Nicole is one of the best multitaskers we have ever met.  She has an amazing ability to run the reception desk, prior authorize medications, help as a medical assistant, book keeping, schedule appointments, and a LOT MORE!  ALL at the same time.  She is a tall and vital asset to our clinic! 

Nicole has 4 remarkable children.  She enjoys spending her little free time watching her highly skilled children with basketball, dance, and more!

Nicole has a knack for finding more efficient options and processes in the office.  We are so happy that she is part of our team!
